The school is intended for scientists, teachers of higher education institutions, doctoral students, post-graduate students, master’s students and students, young scientists and practitioners. It is held with the aim of expanding the participants’ theoretical and practical knowledge of the history of domestic psychology and the achievements of its modern scientific schools as integral sources of the formation of a unified discourse of Ukrainian psychological science and practice. Scientific supervisors of the School: Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Developmental Psychology of the Taras Shevchenko KNU Olena Vlasova and Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, Visiting Professor of Liepaja University (Latvia) Valentina Podshivalkina.
The program includes lectures-presentations and master classes by well-known psychologists — founders of original scientific psychological schools of Ukraine, representatives of psychological schools of classical universities; discussions and discussions of methodological problems of modern psychological science; competition of scientific works of school participants (doctoral students, master’s students, bachelors); psychological performance “In the circle of light” (transdisciplinary discourse on current problems of modern humanitarianism); cultural and entertainment events.
